BK Communications, Inc., provides a wide array of communications services for small to mid-sized businesses and not-for-profit organizations. The entity is led by Elizabeth “Bette” Kovach who has more than 30 years of corporate communications leadership experience. She worked at Bethlehem Steel Corporation from 1976 until 2003 where she served in corporate communications positions managing media relations, employee communications and publications, product marketing, executive speech writing, and issues management. Bette's last position with the company was Director of Corporate Communications where she was the company spokesperson during times of extreme crisis. While with Bethlehem Steel, she also held leadership positions with industry-wide communications initiatives through the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI), the industry's main trade association. With AISI, she chaired the communications committee and was Bethlehem Steel's lead representative for industry communications campaigns on trade and the environment.  A published author,
